Summary: We were so lucky to find this hotel! My husband and I decided to stay in Ibiza another night and found Axel Hotel on hotels.com, booked it and headed over within the hour. We knew we were arriving early and were worried we couldnt check in. The front desk receptionist was SO helpful. I’m a type of diabetic. I had to change my insulin pump and refrigerate my insulin. She explained how they could secure our bags in a temperature controlled room but alternately they had a room available now but it wouldn’t have as good a view than if we just waited for our room to be cleaned. As someone with a disability, I REALLY appreciated having options and personality preferred to take the worse room just to have my medical supplies under my care, The initial guest experience at Axel Hotel set the tone for a great stay! The location was amazing, the hotel was clean, the staff were always so friendly. Will definitely stay again whem we come back!
